Information processed
The public website does not provide an account area or checkout. If you contact Zollerz by email, the message may include your name, email address, company, product interest and any information you choose to provide.
The contact form prepares an email draft locally in your browser. It does not upload or store the form fields. You choose whether to copy the draft or open it in your email application and send it.
The hosting provider may process limited request data required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security logs.
Purposes and legal bases
Direct enquiries are processed to review and answer the request, provide product or support information, and take steps requested before a possible business relationship. Essential hosting and security data is processed to operate and protect the website. Where applicable, these activities rely on steps requested by the visitor, legitimate interests in operating the website and communicating with interested parties, or legal obligations.
Analytics and consent
Google Analytics is loaded only after a visitor selects Allow analytics. Before that choice, analytics storage is denied and the analytics script is not loaded. A visitor can decline analytics without losing access to the website.
After consent, analytics may process page address, referrer, browser and device information, approximate location derived by the provider, and interactions such as contact or document clicks. Zollerz does not use this setup for personalised advertising, Google Signals, recording form fields or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
The consent choice is stored in the visitor's browser. It can be changed at any time through Analytics settings in the website footer.
Service providers and international transfers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may process anonymised page-view, device and performance data without cookies or cross-site tracking so that site reliability and page use can be measured. Domain infrastructure and email providers may also process limited technical or message data. Google acts as the analytics provider only after consent. These providers may process data outside the visitor's country under their applicable privacy and data-transfer terms.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records and meet legal obligations. Hosting, security and analytics retention is governed by operational need and the configured provider settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw analytics consent for future visits through Analytics settings in the website footer.
